    In the morning, we experienced the sea project canoe, also known as kayaking, two people in a group, two people need to reach a tacit understanding, close cooperation, advance and retreat together, in order to use the least strength, to achieve the fastest speed. Therefore, the study of rowing technology with the boat and water as a link, close the distance between each other, strengthen the communication between the team members, cooperation and friendship is to enhance the sense of identity of the company values and enterprise belonging, expand the mental and physical strength of the team building sport.

  

    In the afternoon, we took part in the team development training, which helped the participants to know themselves, stimulate their personal potential and objectively position themselves. Enhance self-confidence, overcome psychological inertia, hone the perseverance to overcome difficulties, more objective to face the challenges of work and life. Improve interpersonal relationship, learn to care for, motivate and trust peers, take effective measures to enhance mutual understanding and trust among employees, so that they can harmoniously cooperate with others and groups, achieve group consistency, and form tacit cooperation and mutual trust among team members, forming a positive, united and mutual help team atmosphere.

 

 

 

   In the evening we had a beach barbecue.

   The next day, we visited dapeng Ancient City.
