Six inspection indexes of electronic wire quality

First, electronic wire DC resistance test: 
The conductive wire core of electronic wire mainly transmit electrical energy or electrical signals, and the resistance of the wire is the main indicator of its electrical performance. When the AC voltage is applied, the resistance of the wire core is due to the skin effect, and the adjacent effect surface is larger than that when the DC voltage is applied, but the difference between the two is very small when the electrical frequency is 50HZ. Now the standard stipulates that it can only be required to test whether the DC resistance or resistivity of the wire core exceeds the specified value in the standard. Through this inspection, some defects in the production process can be found, such as wire fracture or part of the single wire fracture, wire section does not meet the standard, and the length of the product is not correct. 
Second, electronic wire insulation resistance test: 
Insulation resistance is an important index to reflect the insulation characteristics of electronic wire, which is closely related to the electrical strength of the product, the dielectric loss and the gradual deterioration of the insulation material in the working state. For the communication wire, the low insulation resistance between the wires will also increase the circuit attenuation, crosstalk between the loops and long-distance power supply leakage on the conductive wire core, so the insulation resistance should be higher than the specified value. 
Thirdly, electronic wire capacitance and loss numerical test: 
When the amplitude and frequency of the voltage are certain, the capacitance current is proportional to the capacitance of the wire. For the ultra-high voltage wire, the current of the capacitor may reach the value that can be compared with the rated current, which becomes an important factor limiting the capacity and transmission distance of the wire. Therefore, the capacitance of the electronic wire is also one of the main electrical performance parameters of the wire. Through the measurement of the capacitance and loss factor, it can be found that the insulation is affected by moisture, the insulation layer and the shielding layer fall off and other insulation deterioration phenomena. Therefore, no matter in the wire manufacturing or wire operation, the capacitance and TANδ are measured. 
Fourth, electronic wire insulation strength test: 
The insulation strength of electronic wire refers to the ability of insulating structure and insulating material to withstand the action of electric field without breakdown damage. In order to check the quality of wire products and ensure the safe operation of products, all types of insulation wire generally need to carry out insulation strength test, insulation strength test can be divided into voltage test and breakdown test. The voltage of the time is generally higher than the rated working voltage of the test, the specific voltage value and voltage resistance time, product standards are stipulated, through the voltage resistance test can test the reliability of the product under the working voltage and find the serious defects in the insulation, but also can find some shortcomings in the production process. 
Fifth, aging and stability test of electronic wire: 
The aging test of electronic wire is the stability test of whether it can maintain the stability of performance under the action of stress (mechanical, electrical and thermal). Thermal aging test is to test the aging characteristics of wire rod test products under the action of heat. Put the test products in an environment higher than the rated working temperature and a certain temperature value, so as to determine the service life of electronic wire at a higher temperature. 
Sixth, thermal stability test of electronic wire: 

Thermal stability test is the electronic wire through the current heating while also under a certain voltage, after experiencing a certain period of heating, measuring some sensitive performance parameters to assess the stability of insulation, insulation stability test is divided into long-term stability test or short-term accelerated aging test two.
